Awesome route wet cracks were damp or slimey so not to be able to jam, had to resort to cheating tactice by bridging. Lead P1,P4(got scared, rested lowered)P6. Johanes pulled off an good lead on the 5c pitch. fell off P6 twice. good times

A bit damp but climbable, did Haystack 5c variation.
Captain Solo - AltLd rpt - 02/Sep/14 with Cal

P2, P4 & P7. Crux pitch wet so slinked off to Haystack for P4. Awesome despite the cold & being damp in places - lived up to the hype!

Lovely route, with some great corner pitches as the highlight. Led 1,2,4,6,7. P1+2 easily linked with 60m ropes to provide a mega pitch of increasing interest. Top corner a wicked jug-fest.

w. AR and FE. One of my favourite routes ever.

Fantastic. As was said to me on the walk in, I can confirm that the top corner really is 'banging'.

Hard one to log, original plan was to do the needle so did the first 3-4 pitches before accidently finishing up the steeple but missing the 5c pitch. Still an awesome variation worth ****.

Caught it in a completely dry state. Almost took a whipper on the ramp pitch when a hold blew. First E2 onsight for me. The day after, VS 5a felt like absolute limit.

Split the fifth pitch to wait for party ahead, I led evens. Absolutely outstanding route.

awsome day out despite a few mares!, used one point of aid exiting the very wet second pitch and took a rest on the corner pitch after getting hailed on a bit, one of the most intimidating pitches ive ever lead, got to the top having used every single bit of gear i had except for my nuts racking biners. great route

Soaking wet despite the sunny weather. Ab off after third pitch. Should come back again after a longer dry period.
