South Rib takes the line on the smaller buttress curving right into the corrie. Gain the ridge from the bottom of the buttress. It provides a good winter scramble, with some difficulty at the start. It gains the South-East Ridge some distance below the summit.

Hidden - 2nd - Dec/10
The route description is a bit odd. The start of the route is quite easy, standard grade II. Lots of walking in between steps and then you get to a large overhang. We were too late starting and slow going in deep snow so the light was changing once we hit the overhang. Overhang should be turned on the left (according to 1st ascenionist) then easy to the top.
Wasn't sure what was beyond the overhang so escaped to gully on the left. Sonya Mc - Lead dnf - 14/Nov/10 with Helena
Looked at in "summer" Oct 2012, awful and surprisingly hard, diff? Iain Thow - Solo - May/80
