250m. From Theodul hutte head south east up to Klein Matterhorn station. Turn to east over Breithorn pass, glacier plod on southern flank of Breithorn. Turn to left in front of Castor until the Passo di verra col is reached. South east ridge is to your left up 100 m of steep snow, ice and rock. Crux on final rock pitch where welcome runners have been left. Allow 10 hours return from Theodul hutte although nearer huts are available.
