Arabaux Ariege, FRANCE
Climbs 40 – Rocktype Limestone – Altitude 650m a.s.l – Faces SW
Small limestone escarpment in a nice setting. Mainly bouldering with some short routes. Even some F2's for the aspiring toddler!

Climbs at this crag
Take the D10 from Lavelanet. At Rapy take the D1 for Foix. After about 12km at a village called General turn right for Arabaux. The crag is accessed from the top of the village. There is a signposted path which forks right after about 150m then leads eventually to the climbing areas.

A bit like a slightly bigger bolted version of Hutton Roofs. Not a great crag, but in the rain shadow of the mountains so can be dry when wet elsewhere. Apparently the bouldering is better than the routes.|
