From Bishopston, turn right towards Brandy Cove, then immediately right again to gain the hillside at the east side of the beach. Walk accross the beach. The approach from Pennard is much slower.

Most of the crag was covered in mud that had been washed over the top of the cliff. There seems to have been little traffic recently.|
