Crag features

At 574m this is the highest hill in Lewis and the most prominent of the Uig Hills, providing a splendid backdrop to the climbing on the Uig sea-cliffs. It sits at the north end of the western chain of hills at the entrance to Gleann Raonasgail.

Approach notes

Approach via the bikeable estate track up Gleann Raonasgail as for Creag Dhubh Dhiobidail and Sgorran Dubh Teinneasabhal to reach Loch Mòr na Clibhe then break off right. Another approach can be made from just north of Islivig, and following the north side of the shallow streamway eastwards toward the crag.
