Crag features
A very imposing crag above the Blacklion to Florencecourt road opposite Gortatole OEC. (Grid Ref. 110364, Sheet 26, Lough Allen) Routes are found on the extreme left on a gigantic detached flake, The Aiguille, distinguishable from a distance.
Approach notes
The area is designated a Nature Reserve. There are some seasonal restrictions. Climbers please note that access must be asked for - it's easy though, just across the road at Gortatole Outdoor Education Centre. Pop in and speak to any of the instructors - Raymond Finlay is the warden. Or call 0286 634 8888 in advance of your visit.
