Climbs 18 – Rocktype Grit (quarried) – Altitude ? – Faces ?
Over the winter 2009/10 quite a lot of freeze thaw damage has occured to the western wall of the quarry making some of the climbs obsolete and others loose & dangerous.

Noticed a pair of kestrels nesting in a corner of Rivington Wall yesterday. Sadly there's some recent graffiti and the whole place feels neglected. A shame as it's otherwise a lovely setting.|

Pretty overgrown at the moment, this hasn't seen much chalk in a while - could be good with a thorough clean though - not much below VS, but a few choice lines over HVS. worth an evening visit.
