Climbs 110 – Rocktype Limestone – Altitude 540m a.s.l – Faces W
Crag features
The crag is a west facing terraced limestone block & climbable from Spring until late Autum. At 550m altitude, Val Lomasone is a good escape from the summer heat in the Arco valley area. Routes are well equipped, predominatly slabby with small roofs and none of the polish of the better known Massone.
300m after the parking area is a picnic area, toilet facilities & drinking water + a splendid view of the Brenta Dolomites.
There are usually free topos in the box at the car park information boards.

Access notes
From Arco head towards Trento until reaching Sarche. Turn left towards Madonna di Camiglio. Cross the River Sarche following the SS 237. Climb for some 8km passing through 4 tunnels. Pass the Terme di Comano and through the village of Pont Arche. Turn left after the bridge towards Riva del Garda & Lomaso (this turn is easy to miss) 11km from Sarche. After more rising corners, reach the high plain of Fiave.
Passing through Campo Lomaso & Vigo Lomaso reach the small village of Dasindo. From here near to a large wooden cross turn left for Via Lomasone. Enter a small road passing through the village with the church on the right and rubbish skips. Proceed through fields; a road joins from the left just before a fish farm on the right. The road becomes an easily drivable track and reaches a large parking area on the right.
The crag is signposted opposite & is 10 mins walk along an obvious track. Settore 4 – Roccia dei Folletti is the first reached and is sign posted.
There are usually free topos in the box at the car park information boards.
