Low Raven Crag Cumbria, ENGLAND
Climbs 8 – Rocktype Rhyolite – Altitude 200m a.s.l – Faces E
This is a steep little outcrop low down on the east side of Helm Crag. It is very clearly seen across the valley from the Traveller's Rest. The crag has a reddish look to it and has an obvious barrel shape in the upper two thirds of the front face. This results in a very steep section which is breached by the crags star attraction - Meltdown.
