Did all 3 tiers last night and it was fantastic. Excellent rock, good protection (except First Thirty!!!) and the views were lovely. Will be going back!!!

Couldn't identify individual climbs on the bottom two tiers as very overgrown. Stayed on the top tier instead. Cracking views.

There are several small crags on the lower hill to the right of the footpath. Has anyone climbed, or seen descriptions for these?

Rock is excellent when dry, beautiful setting.

Its 1.6 miles to the picnic area, then a slight walk of to the left to the bottom of the crag. I know the disance as I forgot my belay device the other day and had to run to the car park and then "walk" back up. We had the most up to date book but to be honest, comaparing it to the 1964 version in the hut it was almost identical! All in all a very good day out, we ran out of time as the weather closed in on us, decided to abseil down the crag to the right of the main wall instead of topping out. Si
