Crag features

A nice 20 minute walk-in (which is probably the best feature of the crag) to a mess of loose, dirty and more or less polished limestone. We only climbed a few routes; the 2 easiest routes (allegedly 6a and 6a/+) but these were awful, loose (to start), dirty, polished and "amusingly" undergraded shit-fests; and the 7a next door. I climbed the 7a "Asfeld Pillar" as a potential "route of the crag" but given that the first big hold was a large, glued-on flake, this wasn't the case. More goop, dirt and polish ensued. Not as undergraded as the 6s but still more like 7a+/b.

There are a few more 6a+ to 6c just left of this, which might be better but, given the general state of the crag and the grading, I'd say this is one for 7a+ climbers who like to climb on chossy shite. Your call.

If you do go, a lid is probably advisable.
