Crags: Lage dos Pargos, Gruta da Furninha (Cova Dominique), Passos Dona Leonor (West zone) and Carreiro da Furninha.
On hot days good to climb early, swim in the sea in the middle of the day and then climb again in the evening.
Access via the Estr. Marginal Sul, Peniche. Various dirt roads run across the top of the cliffs with parking spots.
Stairs lead down to the sectors and shared beaches. Some care required on Carreiro da Furniha because of the blocky nature of the rock (a bit sandy in places) and also as part of the staircase has collapsed but it is an easy scramble around this.
Usual rules, Avoid blocking the access points or locals property on the main road or the 4x4 roads. There is a WC at the western end by the lighthouse or in the local cafes.
