Approach notes

Drive along the Smith-Dorien south from Canmore and park at some small boulders along the road a few kilometers before the first bridge. Park here or just ahead at a locked gate. Walk down a road following the powerlines to a building and cross the creek at the last powerline. The creek is about 10ft across and 1/2 foot deep). Head straight for the above drainage crossing over two cross-country ski trails. The trees thin out the further you get. Falls are in the constriction of the drainage pouring over a cliff. No visible avi danger.
