Thanks to the guys who helped me out at Idwal yesterday (19/05/08) when I fell off. I took a big fall of the top of the first pitch of tennis shoe and landed in a nice soft muddy bog at the bottom of the route! The fella who got my gear back down asked me to post on here to let him know how I was doing which is ok, sprained ankle and a few cuts and bruises!|
