Crag features
(Zawn Duel faces north, Carn Gloose west.) Zawn Duel offers some awesome routes in the higher grades, while Carn Gloose offers Astral Stroll (E1 5b) - "Cornwall's answer to Dream of White Horses". Highly recommended. Single and multi-pitch routes up to 220ft.

Tidal in Zawn Duel, non-tidal on the W face of Carn Gloose. (But beware swells on Astral Stroll!)

>From the Gurnards Head Hotel (B3306) as for Gurnards Head, and then W from the headland of that cliff to the summit of Carn Gloose.

Zawn Duel - abseil. Carn Gloose - scramble down.

Zawn Duel best avoided during the nesting season.
