The Range

Climbs 31 – Rocktype Quartzite – Altitude ? – Faces S

Crag features
Pleasant, less serious alternative to the other Gogarth crags. Somewhat dubious rock on the Independence Slab, but the low angle of the climbs compensates for this. Generally poor top belays - take care.

Access notes
Tidal. Area denoted SSSI and RSPB Bird Reserve.

From the car park at SH216804 follow the track until overlooking the old life boat station. The coast going left (looking out) then leads to Independence Slab.

Guidebooks
