Hamar

Climbs 30 – Rocktype UNKNOWN – Altitude 15m a.s.l – Faces W

Crag features
This recently developed area is home to some of Shetlands best rock. The routes tend to be fairly short but can be very varied and enjoyable. Its a 45 minute walkin, but don't let that put you off as its well worth a visit

Many routes require a short abseil to get to the bottom, and some routes are tidal. There will be a free downloadable guide for the crag appearing soon!

Access notes
Park by cattle grid at the end of the Hamar road and walk WSW to the coast to find the crags.
