You can buy a small route-guide at the hut, 132 routes from 3b to 7b, single and multi-pitch. The routes are marked on photographs and have descriptions written in German.

Excellent mid grade granite. Bolted pitches (F4b to F6b) of 150m to 450m in length lead to the 3001m summit of Wwiwannihorn (literally "wine wall"). The small hut at the foot of the routes is typically Swiss: clean, friendly and convenient. Reached by a 10km drive up a single track road from Ausserberg and then a 90 minute walk to the hut. Perfect for those wanting Alpine routes in a safe, comfortable, picturesque setting.
