Crag features
[The climbs on this page are only a small percentage of the climbs here, there are many many more climbs just go on the link given in this paragraph].....Many Limestone boulders surrounding private farmland, although access is easy as the farmers are very kind. The Limestone boulders have a dark covering and can give suprising friction even in warmer weather. One of the best features is the Grot View Cave which is a big limestone cave giving some amazing problems with true lines. There is loads of Free printable information on this venue including coloured topos and access/directions information at: http://www.freeclimb.co.nz/bouldering.html
Just click on the Airstrip at the top of the page.
A Great bouldering venue that is well worth a visit if you are in the North Island.

A Really cool crag with lots of different styles, slabs, caves/roof vertical walls, highballs. I could have spent 2weeks thier but I had to leave within a few hours! I will be back oneday to complete Franks Route which pumped me out too much so I couldn't do it. And also the V10 will get ticked!
