Crag features

One of the few summits in the area that can be relatively easily climbed, along with the Mittaghorn and Jegihorn, which are both perhaps slightly easier by the normal route.

From the chairlift station (and charming small restaurant, which can also be reached on foot from the valley) at Heidbodme (2346m) take the path east of south east, signposted to the Antronapass, and take the turning to the north west at 2610m signposted to the Panorama Point (or some such naming, 2650m), the flagpole of which is visible from the restaurant. From here ascend the very easy klettersteig, which for the most part is just a thick cable as a re-assuring hand hold, for quite a reasonable distance, to 2715m. It does not get harder than the initial step. Access is gained to the rocky upper slopes of the mountain, where a labyrinthine but generally well-marked white-blue-white path leads with ocassional minor scrambling to the summit. While it often seems that any line can be taken, the path should be followed since there are places where probably only the path will guide you through steeper parts.
