2m. Sit start with both hands on obvious sloping ledge. (Easier in cooler conditions?). Left foot bridged out on good foothold right foot pasted on flat face by left foot.
Pull hard and slap up into good boss by clear crackline on left edge of bulbous nose.
Bring feet back to below the nose.
Mantle over the left end of the bulge directly.
Throw you left leg over and, feeling the stretch, reach to the back edge, like Marsellus Wallace just without a rubber ball. Graceful it isn't!
