On the Upper Tier of Castle Bay. Start as for Carnival Time (low first bolt doubles as a belay anchor, if desired). From underclings, make strenuous moves up right to gain a pair of good handholds (so far, as for Franny); then extend up right for the obvious boss, and make an entertaining move to stand up on it. Abseil station just left, or top out and use the Stolen Kisses belay. The big flake out in space on the right is within reach of a sneaky right foot, but is (of course) out of bounds.
