55m, 2 pitches. These routes offer a good option in cold conditions when higher slopes are prone to avalanche. Turf needs to be frozen. Route starts at around 700m. The following route lies just right of the ‘undercut cave’ on The Chasm to Crowberry Traverse. Immediately right of the ‘undercut cave’ is a snow bay with a steep buttress on the left cut by a prominent right-facing corner
1. 20m Climb the right-facing corner. This is sustained and well protected with good hooks and turf. Large gear useful.
2. 35m Climb the shattered continuation groove for 10m to where it is possible to traverse right on a ledge. From the right end of the ledge go up a corner and groove with lots of turf and shattered rock. Belay on a large terrace from a massive spike. Abseil descent or step easily into Lady's Gully.
