Nesting birds on the top so no routes are permitted. Bouldering is OK according to the land owner.
The depths of the cooler shaper cave becomes magically illuminated during the morning for a short period when the sun comes out (or use a head torch/lamp ). It gives a good sequence of moves which provide a great opportunity at its end for a number of strengh sapping links.
Start matching a wedged block in the back of the cave. An unlikely sequence leads across the wall, eventually dropping around the arete to finish matching the cooler shaper starting hold.
