8m. On the right hand side of Maceley Cove, approximately 20m out into the bay is a very obvious overhanging prow (resembling a "bear's nose roaring out of the rock").

Traverse (see Long Cave Traverse route) or swim out to the Bear's Nose and climb the prow direct (harder) or slightly on its left (easier).

Easier climbing to the ledge allows for a short but exposed jump from the nose! Ensure high enough tide and a clearing jump, as there are rocks below the surface.
