Recently the landowner of Mynydd Goitre has expressed that he doesn't want climbing on his land with concerns over liability, unfortunately it looks like the OS open access may be mapped incorrectly here and looks like open access stops at the fence not the crag.
The BMC are hoping to resolve this issue soon, please be polite if you see the farmer, keep noise to a minimum and remove any litter this will help with negotiations. This is only relevant to areas of bouldering over the upper fence.
A mammoth 80+ move traverse starting to the right of Stanage Wall and climbing left across several sectors, finishing up the left end of a clean wall with horizontal breaks.
