βeta: Unless the undercling is the one used in the Howling not sure where it is, otherwise the direct line is climbing a mix of good and poor, grit filled slots with only smears after the halfway break. Feels much harder than f4 | ||

βeta: Climbed about 1m right of the arête using just the break, rock over to crimp then rock over to crimp. 6A+ Couldn’t see any undercut hold, did manage to climb a line 2m from the arête, spanned from undercutting the break to the top, my ape index is 184cm and it was a long reach! Certainly felt tough for 4+, much harder than the 6As and 6Bs on this buttress. | ||
