Often used as a descent. the slightly harder of the two 'walkers' routes up the mountian. start from the Col des Verts and go direct up the ridgeline where the path crosses over the col (faint yellow painted markings on the rock). continue up the ridge as it steepens before entering the first of the chimneys (red and green paint). continue up a series of ledges and chimneys, following the painted markings (occasionally yellow and green) until the route joins the voie normal (west flank) just below the summit. There are a few bolted belays equipped for absails too, but many parties will go unroped.
