Rockfax Description
A good direct pitch. Climb up the pillar between the two caves and cross a band of poorer rock before tackling the tricky wall above. Head for the short crack at the top of the wall (the finish of Freak Out) and a lower-off on the left. © Rockfax

βeta: There are some loose rocks on the big ledge that are only an issue when lowering off. Mind the tree too.

βeta: The FA details should show that the upper wall and crux of the route was first climbed by Derek Hargreaves as part of Surface Tension (E4 6a with peg protection)I only added the direct start - and the bolts!) Dave
