Both Ramon Julian and Jain Kim climbed last. Had they reached Sachi Amma's or Mina Markovic's highpoints, they would've won overall. Instead, both Julian and Kim came up just short.
Markovic won Kranj for the women. Her teammate Maja Vidmar came in third, proving yet again what a powerhouse Team Slovenia is in World Cup competition.
Jakob Schubert, last year's World Cup champ, won for the men. Still, his victory wasn't enough to best the number of points racked up in Sachi Amma's tremendous breakthrough year. A well-deserved victory for the reportedly hardworking Japanese competitor.
