I'm an Ultra and Mountain runner based in the South West with a background in Mountaineering and Endurance challenges. I have also completed multiple expeditions across the Polar regions in remote areas. In 2019/2020 I was part of a team of two that completed what is believed to be the first Winter Traverse of Iceland.
