Found this cool video over at B3bouldering, Jamie Emerson's website, and although I suspect many of you have seen it before, I think it's quite enjoyable also a second or third time. Hm... not much else that's new. The MacLeods sent me Dave's book, 9 out of 10 climbers make the same mistakes. Haven't had time to finish it yet, but what I can say already is that it's good, and yes I'm one of those 9.
Also got a new DVD, King of da Caillasse II. Review in a few days.
Trying to cure my DeQuervain's Tenosynovitis, which I've had for a couple of months, but is going to the gym today. Inspired by the book and a chat I had with Carlo Traversi today, I'm going to work my weaknesses (oh yes, even I have some) and climb open handed. Oh well, enjoy the video.
