© DMM Just over a month ago, North Wales based climber Pete Robins made the first ascent of Isles of Wonder in the Ogwen Valley. This steep boulder problem is graded Font 8B and sits on the hillside close to the small crag of Carreg Mianog.

Here's the video of the first ascent, courtesy of DMM in which Pete climbs the problem (which is very steep, so stays quite dry in the rain) but has to battle hard with the soaking wet 5c top-out.
