An exhibition of Urban Climbing photography is being held from November 25th to November 28th at the "cinema corto" Festival, Milan, Italy. UKC readers are invited to take part in the exhibition by sending their best Urban Climbing photos in to the address on the Rampant Brick link below. Only the best 30 pictures will be shown at the exhibition and no photographs will be returned, so make sure you send copies.
Emotions are jolted by what you know is going on - it's only because you know what the wall in Palestine represents that it affects you. Doesn't Iraq, cradle of civilisation, provoke those feelings too?
This sums up why I dislike it; it's all symbolic. I agree - it's not a particularly good picture (unlike, as you say, the Isreal one), but it still provokes the emotions.
