Reports suggest that the leader of a team of three climbers pulled a large block off which fell onto the two climbers below. One of the two climbers died from their injuries. The climbers involved were believed to be a German party.
This sad story may serve to remind climbers of the potential dangers from loose rock on all cliffs whether they have bolts on or not.
