That knot looks a bit sketchy!!

Thanks Dan, will check its not as loose next time - I think its mostly 'cos i was a rope thief and my stopper (double fishermans) was pushed downwards whilst I was leading on the small overhang section, causing the bottom part of the fig 8 to come loose. Luckily I didn't test it out apart from being lowered down!
