Clouds look like they have a vivid HDR effect, or was that just the way they were?

The shot is straight of the camera. A strong northerly was blowing and cloud cover was about 90% - the turbulence was spectacular.

I was there for the winter. When the wind comes from the north, its crazy, nothing in its way at all! The hotel at Kleine Scheidegg recorded a wind speed of 280kmph one day, amazing its still there!
