nah i'm not sure about the weight thing duthie, i dont keep tabs on it. i think it says in the book climb the arete. feels like hvs this way, good solo though.

Did this route last night. Started just on the left side of the arete, climb up then swing onto the arete and then move up to just on the right side of the arete and then to the top. Fine wee route, gear was quite strenuous to place in the first half of the arete.

Read the description of "Play Fair" in NEO. Its the only route that is on this side of the arete. "Talk Hard" is on the right of the arete. They're both pretty similar in standard tho so I wouldn't loose any sleep over it.

good shot, At first I thought, What a nutter! where is this place? Then after a quick check in my logbook I realised that i've done it too! Looks insane. I don't remember it looking so serious!
