Very nice, exposure sharpness and tones great. The sky is a bit mottled, perhaps from having too much of one colour in the b/w conversion, you could select and denoise it if you felt it mattered- I suppose it could also be compression artifacts.
Composition is good but could possibly be better, the two main focal points of the big rock and Peak are very central, decentered might work better. I'm also intrigued by those rocks on the left (or R) in the lake with snow on them which could provide an even better foreground.
