this is so cool it almost looks staged! the attention to detail is admirable, especially the peugeot mtb, old school nikes' and 'rad' colour scheme.

Sadly not staged at all. The bike was brand new, as were the Ghiradini trousers and the custom made (by Ian Parsons) sac. This is (amazingly) how lots of folks dressed at the time... Fred looks remarkably normal, though. I've no idea what cross chaining is...
