Taken at Sandwood Bay, again

Great Sandwood sequence.

Nicely balanced image, has a lot going for it, just shows how important cloud shapes are when shooting land/seascapes.

Not enough going on here I think Colin, but I like the Sandwood Bay photos a lot, as there is real interest within the images. I bet you are pleased with the images from your Canon. The images ae so much cleaner and no sign of deterioration of the colour like in the scans you have submitted earlier. You were very lucky with the light!

Dead right about being lucky with the light. Usually I plan trips out and only get so-so weather or rain etc.

I guess we all see things differently Sean, I like the space in the pic.It is an understated and very quiet image that relys on the subtlety of line, form and hue rather than any blatant subject, which seems to allow me to imagine, rather than be spoon fed the full story.Ive seen a lot of this type of image and so often they dont work for one reason or another, but I think this is a good effort from Colin.I'd definitely hang it on my wall.Would maybe make one minor crop, but that would be me being a picky crop happy fud.:-).cheers guys.

I really like this shot too, nice and subdued

Like it a lot. Like the fact there is not too much going on. Great composition and great light.

Splendid in its simplicity to me.
