What height are you? I'm 5.3 and really cud'nt fathom this one. Found two jugs low and that's it. Its a dyno for me to finish jug not rock over. Rest of the "big holds" are crimps for next doors V4!?

I think your height is probably a very big factor. Im 6 foot and when i first started bouldering (this was taken on one of my first trips outdoors) with my great height this still took me an age. Long arms definitely help for the final jug.
I believe the proper sequence is how I do it in this video; https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=10152609714550092&l=7905845650257881014. The first problem 'Classis Sitter' is the same problem with sitting start (6a). Quite dynamic as you said. The hold im using in the picture is an intermediate.
