We started the evening in the National then went on to the Whisky Go Go celebrating Buns birthday all very drunk. Some how a fight started and the Gendarmes arrived Hunt,Fox,Moe and Carr were all carted off to spend the night in the cells. The Gendarmes kicked me to one side,I was spewing up copious quantities of red plonk and was legless.A crowd of English lads carried me back to the camp site.
The next day the gendarmes kicked them out and without any breakfast!! much to their disgust. We decided it was wise to leave France and go down to Switzerland and the Piz Badile.

Yes, an accurate description.
A lasting memory is of Keith Carr hammering on his dungeon door and calling `Deux oeuf pour petit dejeneur`!! Plus `F... De Gaulle`! I`m surprised we are not still there!
