Keith Carr and Fox outside of the Piz Badile hut day after the Whisky Go Go fracas with bad hang overs.It was a very quiet drive down from Chamonix!.

Hi John,
I don't think we've met but we did the Cassin route in early June of 1965 if my memory serves me.We must have just left as you and your pals arrived. We camped on the site of the old hut. Sounded like one hell of a party in Cham.

Yes, you and Al went up and did The Flat Iron as a warm up for the West Face whilst Keith and I did an arret onto the ridge facing the hut. It had a name but I have forgotten it!
