My climbing partner J A Thomson discovered this interesting line at Steeple Point on Cornwall's Clum Coast (North of Duck Pool) and climbed it onsite (but for safety secured from above) on Fri 11th May 2012.

Not quite sure of what you are saying but if it was only climbed on a top rope then it can't be claimed as a new route i'm afraid, and theres a big difference between HS and HVS!
Oh and its CULM.
