Known as Khumbuakarna by Sherpas, the small village of Kambachen can be seen at the bottom of the valley with the Jannu glacier an obvious feature between the huge moraines.

The above comment is slightly ambiguous (with a spelling mistake!), Kamabachen is the village just visible at the bottom of the valley, and it is Jannu that is locally named Khumbakarna.
