I will come clean . This is a Miget Faded Rattelsnake..It is normally less than 20 inches and a very rare species.. This one was just over a foot long and is highly venomous ..more so than its larger cousins. To take one of these out of the wild is subject to a fine of $250000 and five years in jail. However when in a US jail you will get free health care .
