Hello!
Probably pointless fact but these are my nails 2 months after reaching 6900m on Spantik
The lines across them are called Beau's lines. Usually brought on by a period of illness, or physical or mental stress, or something like lack of oxygen disturbing the nail's growth.....being at 6900m on a hill will cause it
