Erm, gulp!
I thought the Gervasutti was dangerous enough under normal circumstances, let alone trying to ski it!

You ski it onsight from the top so exposure under the serac is limited to a few minutes. I was more worried about slowly downclimbing under the serac on the west face of the Eiger.
